1. The quality of our products is in accordance with company standard of SHANGHAI ZHONGHAN DOOCH PUMP MFG CO., LTD and national standard.
2. Operated normally according to instructions (except for factitious improper handling and natural disaster), the equipment only needs replacing the vulnerable parts within 15 years.
3. If the equipment is normally used during the warranty period, for any breakdown (except for factitious damage) due to quality issues of the equipment, our company is responsible for the repairing free of charge.
4. We will provide systematic training for the operating personnel of users free of charge after the check and delivery of products. The training includes function introduction of the equipment, operation of the equipment, matters needing attention, daily maintenance and emergency handling of breakdown,etc.
5. Since the delivery and using of the equipment, our company will send professional person to do the routing inspection, maintain the equipment responsibly. Every month, we will conduct the routing inspection on the whole set function to find and eliminate the hidden danger in time.
6. After the warranty period, our company will forever conduct the routing inspection on the equipment every 6 months free of charge. We provide the life-long service to ensure the 100% reliability of the equipment operation. We provide the spare parts at cost price for life-long time and we provide technical training twice for technical persons of customers free of charge.
7. The response time of after-sales service: If the equipment breaks down, we will send professional persons to arrive at the spot in time to eliminate the trouble. We have the 24-hour service hot line. We will send professional engineers to arrive at the customers spots to do the repairing work within 4 hours (this is for Shanghai area, for other areas is within 24 hours) after receiving notice of breakdown.
